The journal implements a range of measures designed to support the long-term accessibility, integrity and preservation of published content hosted on its servers. These measures include:

• regular backup of published content and associated files;
• monitoring of technological developments to identify risks associated with obsolete file formats, software or other technical dependencies;
• maintenance of appropriate digital preservation metadata to support the identification, management and long-term accessibility of published materials; and
• assignment of Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs) to published articles to provide persistent identification and facilitate reliable linking to scholarly content.

Where necessary, the journal may undertake format migration or other preservation measures to maintain the accessibility and usability of archived content as technologies evolve.
